The Company insures around 1 million travellers per year through a number of sales channels, with a staff-force of 100 experienced and friendly employees. Between its two contact centres, the Company’s operating hours are: 8am to 9pm weekdays, 8am to 6pm weekends and 10am to 4pm public holidays, and has the ability of provide a 24 hour contact centre services if required.
